I've been to Disney World several times and never used a travel agent, but decided to work with Heather this time. It was so much better than booking online or through a person I didn't know at the call center. Heather gave me so many tips and sent all sorts of lists and information and answered numerous emails whenever I had a question. It cost me nothing and I still received all official discounts and promotions Disney World had to offer. She really went above and beyond and it felt like I was chatting with an old friend throughout the entire process. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!
